**Lo que implica este trabajo**: Responsable de supervisar y coordinar las actividades relacionadas con la gestión y mantenimiento de los activos inmobiliarios de una organización en Zona Franca.
Su función principal es garantizar que los activos se encuentren en óptimas condiciones y contribuyan al rendimiento y crecimiento de la empresa

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de **Asset Coordinato**r para unirse a nuestro equipo:

- Zona de trabajo: Heredia, Costa Rica.
- Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.
- Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial
- Tipo de contratación: Tiempo indeterminado

**¿Cuál es tu día a día?
**
- Gestión de activos: Supervisar y coordinar la gestión de los activos inmobiliarios de la organización, incluyendo propiedades comerciales, terrenos o cualquier otro tipo de activo.
Esto implica asegurarse de que los activos estén debidamente registrados, valorados y documentados, así como mantener actualizada la información relacionada.
- Mantenimiento y conservación: Coordinar y gestionar el mantenimiento y conservación de los activos inmobiliarios.
Esto incluye asegurarse de que los edificios y terrenos estén en buen estado de funcionamiento, gestionar los contratos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, y coordinar las reparaciones necesarias.
- Control financiero y presupuestario: Participar en la planificación y control financiero de los activos.
Esto implica colaborar en la elaboración del presupuesto de mantenimiento y conservación, controlar los gastos asociados y buscar oportunidades para optimizar costos.
- Negociación y gestión de contratos: Participar en la negociación y gestión de contratos relacionados con los activos.
Esto incluye la contratación de proveedores y contratistas, evaluando y seleccionando las mejores opciones y asegurándose de que los acuerdos se cumplan en términos de calidad, plazos y costos.
- Cumplimiento normativo: Asegurarse de que los activos cumplan con las normativas y regulaciones locales en Costa Rica.
Esto implica estar al tanto de los requisitos legales y normativos aplicables, gestionar las renovaciones o permisos pertinentes y mantener la documentación en orden.
**Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas**
- Experiência previa de 2 años en un puesto similar.
- Conocimiento de Legislacion en Zona Franca
- Experiência previa en la gestión de activos inmobiliarios.
- Conocimientos técnicos sobre mantenimiento y conservación de propiedades.
- Habilidades de organización y gestión de proyectos.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y liderar equipos de trabajo.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Conocimiento de las regulaciones y normativas en Costa Rica relacionadas con activos inmobiliarios.
- Orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos y resultados.
- Ingles Intermedio-Avanzado
