We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Coordinator - Office Management to join our team at First Factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the general operation of the office, including facilities maintenance and upkeep.
- Direct the cleaning staff and provide logistical support for office operations.
- Liaise between employees, IT, and cleaning services to ensure seamless coordination.
- Manage internal supplies and provisioning, including snacks, food, and logistics.
- Coordinate delivery of SWAG and other items to employees.
HR Functions:
- Create and maintain employee profiles in BambooHR and Google Drive.
- Organize and digitize physical files, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle classified and sensitive information about employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage petty cash and oversee financial transactions.
Event Planning:
- Welcome clients and guests, fostering a culture of belonging and appreciation.
- Plan and coordinate in-office events, team lunches, and team-building activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in Technology Companies.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Docs (GSuite) or similar.
