We're looking for a highly skilled Support Services Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office services and programs, including reception, mail/post services, space management, and parking. This position requires excellent time management and organization skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage office services and programs
  • Manage third-party contractors/vendors engaged in operating and maintaining properties
  • Be involved in the creative planning and production of activities and mixers, including price quoting and comparison of items, gifts, venues, vendors, services, and products
  • Evaluate and select vendors for office supplies and services

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent administrative technical degree
  • 2+ years relevant work experience, preferably as an administrative assistant or receptionist
  • Experience managing vendors and facilities is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess own vehicle for company-related tasks and driver's license (B1)
