**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of GBS HR.
This Lead Finance Manager role will business partner with a cross-functional team to provide beneficial support in driving the growth of our portfolio.
**Reports to**:Senior Finance Manager

**Reporting Level**:Management

**Geographic Scope**:United States

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support/lead the development of financial modeling and provide scenario analyses to drive commercial business decisions.
Must be able tooperate effectively under pressure and in ambiguous environment.
- Participate in the monthly forecasting and closing processes.
Identify standard methodologies and standardize where possible.
- Build and sustain strong business partnering relationships across the Revenue Growth Management, Operations and Trade functions
- Lead brand analytics to improve the return on brand investments and develop recommendations for investment optimization.
- Develop and present analytics to the organization that highlights business risks and opportunities.
Accountable for team routines measuring keytopline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop robust reporting package and critical metrics to support the on-going management of our business.
- Contribute to Monthly Brand Review by developing valuable financial insights.
Responsible for performance and documentation of various internalcontrols.
- Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department/ improvement in execution.
Assist/lead special projects as needed.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis (FP&A), or related area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ / C1)
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, SAP and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of finance / analytics.
Capacity for innovation.
- Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills, must demonstrate financial responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, and ask relevant questions.
- Demonstrate commercial competence.
**BENEFICIAL**

CPA, MBA, or Master of Accounting is a plus.
