**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

We are looking for a Lead Finance Manager who will bring innovation, creativity, and a good attitude to our team.
This position is a highly visible, integral part of the Finance team that offers tremendous growth opportunity.
This Lead Finance Manager role will business partner with a cross-functional team to provide value-added support in driving the growth of our portfolio.
**Reports to**:Senior Manager Commercial Finance
**Reporting Level**:Managerial
**Geographic Scope**:Americas

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support/lead the development of financial modeling and provide scenario analyses to drive commercial business decisions.
Must be able to operate effectively under pressure and in ambiguous environment.
- Participate in the monthly forecasting and closing processes.
- Develop and sustain strong business partnering relationships across the Revenue Growth Management, Operations and Trade functions.
- Lead trade analytics to improve the return on trade investments and develop recommendations for trade optimization.
- Prepare the monthly strategic account profitability, review total customer investment.
- Supports annual and ongoing planning process for customer specific programs.
- Develop and present analytics to the organization that highlights business risks and opportunities.
- Accountable for team routines measuring key topline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - volume, price/mix, revenue drivers.
- Identify best practices and standardize where possible.
- Develop robust reporting package and KPIs to support the on-going management of our business.
- Contribute to Monthly Brand Review by developing value-added financial insights.
- Responsible for performance and documentation of various internal controls.
- Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department/process improvement.
- Assist/lead special projects as needed.
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
**
- Do you have 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area?
- Do you have experience in commercial acumen?
- Do you have an advance English level?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of finance / analytics
- Demonstrate commercial acumen
- Ability to perform under pressure and navigate through ambiguity
- Capacity for innovation
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, and ask relevant questions
- High sense of urgency, work ethic, and must be flexible
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision; must be a self-starter
- Must demonstrate financial responsibility and reliability
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to challenge the status quo as necessary
