**Role Summary**

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Extensive payroll management expertise, with specific knowledge of Costa Rican regulations. Leadership acumen, with proven skills in managing and developing a payroll team. Strategic process improvement abilities, with experience in enhancing payroll operations. Vendor management capabilities, adaptable to changes in payroll processing models. Analytical prowess for critical review and problem-solving within payroll functions. Technical proficiency in payroll systems, with a preference for Oracle experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage payroll operations for timely and accurate processing, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Supervise the payroll team, providing leadership and direction for all payroll activities. Collaborate with varies teams, such as Accounting and Finance, to reconcile payroll data and maintain financial integrity. Guide process optimization, reducing errors and increasing the quality of payroll services.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- 8+ years of Payroll experience, with 2+ years in a people management role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication across the organization.
- Experience in multinational or corporate settings, enhancing the ability to manage complex payroll systems.
- Postgraduate diploma/degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
