The Associate
- Service Desk Specialist is responsible for answering calls, chats, working on Incidents, and Service Requests. Gathers all the required information and document in the ticket, selecting the proper categorization. Major focus on First Call Resolution (FCR).
**Responsibilities**
Answer phone calls ensuring mínimal abandoned calls. Provide quick resolution to the users maintaining high-level of customer satisfaction. Ensure proper documentation in every ticket. Assigning the tickets to the relevant team for further troubleshooting. 70%
Act as the first point-of-contact for all the users. Build relationship with the users by providing accurate and right information. Achieve and maintain call targets. 10%
**Education**
Required: Bachelor; Computer Science
**Language**
Required: English
**Experience**
Required: 0-2 years of experience working in similar environment. Basic knowledge of AD, Windows, MS Office etc.. Office, IE.Basic IT Infastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge. Strong typing skills, Excellent communication skills, Multi-tasking and detail-oriented.
