**Job Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage and develop a team of Sales Ops Associate to achieve business results.
- Partner with Sales Ops Manager to help recruit and interview new hires.
- Ensuring that team is achieving key performance metrics through setting and managing team OKRs.
- Collaborate cross functionally across Sales, Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to achieve conversion rate goals.
- Lead efforts to further streamline the sales process to drive conversion rate improvements.
- Use data and analysis to develop the team and performance manage team members.

**Qualifications**:
**What your background looks like**
- Bachelors degreed equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of team management experience preferred.
- Work schedule flexibility to support team that will work between 6am-6pm PST (required).
- Experience with organizational communication strategies.
- Must be comfortable managing through ambiguity and creating process.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and overall communication skills.
