Human Resources Specialist

**The human resources specialist will be in charge of**:

- Prepare weekly and biweekly payroll both in colones and dollars.
- Send the forms to be reviewed by the Human Resources Manager
- Make monthly reports for the CCSS and INS
- Make inclusions of new staff both in the CCSS and in the INS
- Keep the database updated with staff information
- Maintain updated staff records with:

- Employment contracts.
- Personnel Actions Payment Slips

Any other documents that are considered important to keep on file
- Keep track of holidays
- Keep track of hours of benefit
- Prepare salary certificates
- Maintain control of staff training
- Maintain database of disciplinary actions of staff
- Staff turnover control
- Control of assigned benefits (transportation, English classes, uniforms, sports sponsorship, etc.)
- Collaborate in organizing special events as needed, such as monthly birthdays, corporate securities launch, ISO-related meetings, Christmas party, other holidays, visitor affairs, and any other team meetings
- Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
- Work together with the Human Resources Manager on issues such as: Organizational Climate Survey.
- Development of career plans
- Succession plans
- Performance evaluations
- Team Building activities, among others.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in the total administration of payroll.
- Intermediate English.
- Customer service expertise
- Strong communication, organizational and
- Possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate personal time management skills.
- An experience of one year in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
