**Propósito del Rol**

Se asegura que las recolecciones y entregas diarias se realicen de una manera profesional y eficiente, siguiendo los procedimientos globalmente establecidos para ello internamente, debe desenvolverse en total apego al código de conducta de DPDHL, utilizando los equipos asignados para sus labores (Unidad de transporte, Scanner, otros) con total responsabilidad y cuido requerido, debe apegarse a las políticas internas en cuanto al manejo de accidentes e infracciones de tránsito, así como el apego; a la Ley de Tránsito por vías Terrestres del país.

**Responsabilidades**
- Llevar a cabo la recolección y entrega de los paquetes entrantes y salientes del país, ya sean Courier o de Zona Franca.
- Asegurarse que los paquetes que recolecte cumplan con las regulaciones locales e internacionales de manera que no se afecte su tiempo de tránsito hacia el destino final.
- Asegurar que la ejecución de sus funciones cumpla con las metas de desempeño y estándares de calidad definidos por la Compañía a nível local y global (KPI’S).
- Completar de manera precisa y a tiempo los informes estándar solicitados por el supervisor y gerente del departamento (EDC, Revision 360, Debrief, entre otros).
- Mantener comunicación constante con el Dispatch, contactos de clientes de su rutay ejecutivos para asegurar la prestación del servicio de entrega y/o recolecta en tiempo y forma.
- Garantizar que el vehículo asignado sea utilizado de la manera más adecuada y eficiente para que éstos puedan ofrecer el más alto nível de desempeño, cumpliendo con los estándares y procedimientos establecidos.
- Previo a la aceptación de un envío, debe asegurarse de que este cuente con todos los requisitos para su recolecta, seguir el manual de documentación, restricciones y mercancías peligrosas.
- Asegurarse de Capturar los Check Points correspondientes de cada envío internacional entregado y/o recolectado, así como sus comentarios, de manera que se pueda garantizar la trazabilidad de cada pieza en los sistemas de la red global.

Qualifications - Internal

**Requisitos**
- Bachillerato por madurez o haberse graduado de un colegio técnico.
- Experiência de al menos 1 año haciendo rutas de reparto en la GAM.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de manera adecuada, orientación de servicio al cliente, orientación en resultados y logro de objetivos, sumamente respetuoso.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Licencia B2 (una vacante)
