The Head of Commercial Operations CARICAM will lead the centralization of critical commercial activities across the Cluster in order to bring more focus to each area. This role will seek excellence in the design and deployment of the different activities according to the cluster strategic priorities. This position:

- Drives channel digitalization (B2B and B2C) and own the operation of eCommerce as sales channel.
- Guarantees the availability of relevant and actionable commercial insights and performance metrics across all markets and channels to inform the decision making of the MD, GMs and the Commercial community at large.
- Enable the commercialization strategy by defining the channel initiatives and lead the design of Trade Engagement Programs (on and offline) and ensure the adoption at scale of DTE to maximize its potential.
- Owns the design and deployment of a robust and comprehensive Commercial capability development strategy.
- Lead the fleet and workplace experience team to ensure a clear business focus and excellence in project execution.

Your ‘day to day’:
Trade Marketing CARICAM

Lead the planning, development and seamless coordination and support of all Trade Marketing programs and activities to ensure PM’s overall business objectives and strategies are achieved.

Drive standardization and alignment across markets to ensure a consistent high level of quality and effective execution of TM activities.

Own the DTE program development, including infrastructure, content and value for the Trade while ensuring highest levels of adoption.

Business Data & Solutions CARICAM

Lead transition of CARICAM into becoming a data-driven organization.

Design and deploy a catalogue of business intelligence products and services in a timely manner.

Lead the creation of simple mechanisms to create, process, clean and verify the integrity of the data ingested to produce robust data analysis and insight generation.

Drive the development and maintenance of an array of data visualization and reporting tools. Analyse both internal and external sales datasets to identify trends, root causes and clear areas of opportunity.

Ensure proper access and capability development for end users with a plan to embed organically these skills in the organization.

Commercial Capability Development (CCCD) CARICAM

Lead the Transformation of our Commercial workforce into a Consumer-Centric and Data Driven team.

Develop a competitive Commercial Development strategy and a clear roadmap of priorities for the cluster.

Ensure high quality of execution of our internal and external Sales Field Forces.

General Services and Workplace Experience

Define a sound strategy and clear direction that will guide all projects and day to day activities of this team.

Ensuring focus on relevant business priorities and timely execution.

Lead the GS team to ensure all working facilities in CARICAM comply with PMI standards of quality.

Who we’re looking for:
College/University Degree in Business Administration or other equivalent Business Major.

MBA or similar is a plus.

Fluent in English

12+ years working in Commercial areas (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing).

7+ years of experience in leading successfull Commercial team

5+ years of experience in Business Data & Analytics (Predictive/Presecritpive analysis)

Relevant experience in deploying digital commercial platforms

High proficiency expected in the following functional competencies:

- Route to Market omni-channel strategy
- Omni-channel activity, planning, execution and evaluation
- B2B2C channel management
- Optimizing trade investment
- Field sales management
- B2C channel management:

- Direct retail

Role model core competencies across Commercial:

- Business & financial acumen
- Consumer knowledge, insights & analytics into action
- Project management & FFWD/Agile ways of working
- Solid understanding of Trade Channels, including Digital Trade Engagement
