Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS) is a global organization of over 400 employees with presence in more than 80 countries that supports Citi Businesses and Functions with products including Archiving, Corporate Card, Vehicle Program, Managed Print, Mail & Distribution, Transaction Print, Marketing Print, Global Travel, Office Supplies & Stationery as well as other Business Partner Services.

We are building a first in class team focused on achieving Citi’s Net Zero Operations goal by 2030. As Enterprise Carbon Accounting Senior Analyst on Citi’s BTSS MARS team, you will support this effort and have a direct impact on the business by helping our growing team build and maintain a supply chain sustainability data and analytics program at Citi.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Develop carbon accounting initiatives for the BTSS MARS team
- Be directly involved Citi’s Net Zero Operations 2030 initiative

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the building and maintenance of sustainability analytics processes within an operations team at a major financial
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, including engagement on new and existing projects and deliverables
- Support the execution of the Enterprise Carbon Accounting strategy
- Complete all BAU deliverables independently and on time
- Participate in project planning and management
- Monitor and track progress on initiatives
- Develop and maintain program management processes, dashboarding and reporting
- Manages documentation, gather business requirement, create business process flows
- Participate in employee engagement and peer learning opportunities related to data and analytics

**Ideal background**:

- 3+ years work experience in business analytics or similar role
- Enthusiasm for helping team members improve their skills and grow their careers
- Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, as well as being able to present advanced analytical concepts to all audiences
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including comfort interacting, settling disputes, and negotiating with leaders at all levels in the organization
- Able to influence other teams and stakeholders without authority
- Comfortable working through ambiguous situations autonomously to define precise requirements and priorities and drive outcomes
- Attention to detail, and sense of urgency, and commitment to deadlines
- Experience using database technologies and various reporting tools

**We'd love to see experience with some of the following**:

- 1+ years in sustainability analytics
- Knowledge of sustainability analytics program governance best practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets, and approaches related to data protection in the context of a sustainability initiative
- Experience in the business travel, transportation, office supplies, paper products, forestry management, or other relevant industries within the Citi supply chain
- Experience or education in data architecture, library and information science, data management and analytics, or similar
- Experience establishing standardization or analytical modeling framework
- Experience developing an enterprise-wide process
- Experience establishing enterprise taxonomies or ontologies
- Exposure to tools used to workflow management tools
