Senior Accounting Analyst

**This is a 2 to 6-month contract with a possible extension & outsourcing with Recluta.**

**Role purpose**

Prepare consolidated financial reports in a timely and accurate manner following policies and procedures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis or as otherwise required.

**Key activities & responsibilities**
- Prepare P&L accounts, perform an analytical review and trend analysis
- Responsible for the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and journal booking
- Adhere to service levels, internal controls, company policies, and procedures
- Prepare and consolidate month-end and year-end financial reports on time
- Identify repetitive issues or risks and propose improvement opportunities for increased efficiency
- Resolve any identified operational issues and escalate to the supervisor where necessary

**Required competencies**
- Strong team player
- Excel knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with Blackline, HFM, SAP, and/or other ERPs is a plus
- English B2+

**Required experience and education**
- 6 months of work experience in the full accounting cycle
- Technical Degree in Accounting or a related field (Bachelor's degree desired)
- Experience in process migration
- Shared services experience

**Performance indicators**
- Timeliness of report distribution
- Accuracy of financial reports
- Internal customer satisfaction
- Compliance with accounting standards

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2-6 months
