Job summary

Key job responsibilities
- Review new project requests to ensure all information is included and accurate
- Track capacity of 3rd party production companies (3Ps) and internal production program managers (PPMs), assigning to new projects based on capacity and skills
- Partner with Sr. Producer to understand production capabilities. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates and vets all creative projects to ensure 3Ps capabilities match project needs.
- Manage external and internal resources and facilitate accounting, reporting, assignment and delivery
- Determines project risk on an ongoing basis, escalates issues as needed.
- Monitors out of scope requests, escalating to account teams and manager as needed.
- Manages invoicing to ensure 3Ps are set up correctly in payment system, reviews and approves invoices based on project completion.
- Manage resourcing forecasts and maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing.
- Advise account teams about production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions.
- Provide weekly reporting/metrics on volume, new projects, creative scorecard and revenue.
- Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.

A day in the life
Our team’s mandate is to be customer obsessed building brands with video content creation programs using our third-party partnerships and in-house video teams. As a video resource manager, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and monitoring video production projects, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided, managing resourcing of both internal and external teams. You will partner with program, product and account teams on evolving mechanisms for project triaging, to ensure the right production company is assigned based on capacity as well as production capabilities/specialties. You will be responsible for tracking projects, including type, volume, revenue and payments. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means anticipating bottlenecks, making trade-offs and balancing the needs of various key stakeholders.
