Marketing Analyst supports the global marketing team with all aspects of vendor and budgeting processes. The Marketing Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to manage all aspects of our budgeting process with Marketing, Leadership, and Finance to manage program spend. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to support and execute complex cross-functional initiatives in the midst of competing priorities.

The key Marketing Analyst responsibilities are to support Marketers and lead weekly status review with budget owners, teams, and departments. A vital part of this role is to manage PO creation, invoicing (monitoring and submission), certification and vendor management. The Marketing analyst will collaborate with Marketing Accounting and finance departments to provide monthly reconciliation of budgets, set plan, and forecast.

The ability to work across many time zones (Asia Pacific) as needed is desired.

For such a role, you will have a university degree along with experience in marketing, finance, accounting or in a similar capacity ideally within financial services. You will demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and will have strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is required - both written and verbally. A strong knowledge of Excel is required. You will need well developed interpersonal skills and be able to function well within a team-oriented environment.
