**Job Description**:
**Our Business Services Centers (BSC), located across three regions (Americas, Europe, and Asia), are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes. The Value realization team serves above 3 BSCs on global level supporting projects falling under its scope (inbound/outbound, outsourcing).**:
**The Project Manager role is responsible for running Global BSC projects end-to-end bringing high value to company performance. The role is critical to define and drive projects impacting entire organization and requires a professional approach with communication skills enabling senior leadership to understand projects status, risk assessment and achievements in order to make decisions. The responsibilities of this role include standard project management activities such as project scope definition, effort assessment, requirements gathering, driving the decision-making processes and liaison with all relevant parties across GBS organization. The role is expected to be a key driver of Value realization priorities and will be involved in supporting these.**:

- ** Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress**:

- ** Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects**:

- ** Successfully manage stakeholder relations - GBS-internal as well as with the customer**:

- ** Manage changes to scope, timeline and / or costs, using appropriate verification techniques**:

- ** Perform adequate risk management**:

- ** Prioritize compliance and maintain information flow to GBS Internal Controls**:

- ** Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques**:

- ** Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation**:

- ** Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations**:

- ** Manages internal commitments and leadership expectations in terms of project status, upcoming milestones, scope, budget, quality, and delivery of benefits**:

- ** Regular reporting out on status of Value Realization projects**:

- ** Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team**:

- ** Collaborate and be aligned with Change management team till successful project closure**:

**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance**:

- ** Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international Shared Service Center**:

- ** Proven work experience in project management**:

- ** Advanced English**:

- ** Confident handling of Excel functionalities (pivot tables, basic formulas, graphs)**:

- ** Understanding and practical knowledge of core Finance processes**:

- ** Demonstrated leadership in continuous improvement and / or process (re-)design initiatives**:

- ** Understanding of Agile methodology**:
**Preferred**:

- ** PMP certification**:

- ** LSS Green Belt certification**:

- ** Experience with process standardization or project management is preferred**:

- ** Knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage**:
