**Specialist, Communications - Santa Ana, Costa Rica**

**Role Responsibilities**
- Provide senior content strategy support for internal communications plans.
- Content developer for diverse internal communication channels such as preparing executive presentations, organizational announcements, annual reports, brochures, news releases, and others.
- Assign, review, and approve work of content producers and coordinators.
- Develop and deploy strategic stakeholder communications plans as needed for the department.
- Develop, maintain, and oversee online content through a variety of multimedia platforms.
- Shift assignments based on the needs of the department and seniority.
- Produce status reports and keep track of schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Advisor to management and employees in terms of communication skills and best practices
- Assist in the planning and execution of communicational events, meetings, All-Hands, Town Halls and Office Hours.
- Responsible for the governance of the team's communication requests.
- Creation and management of the organization’s intranet sites.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced English Skills.
- Strict attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing communication campaigns.

**Preferred Requirements**
- Internal communications experience at a Corporate Environment.
- Experience with Jira.
