Who we’re looking for:

- Set up and/or support the development and deployment of a Trade Engagement plan for different multi-category initiatives to inform, educate and motivate our Trade partners in the best way possible to support the commercial KPI’s.
- Ensure clear and understandable communication towards Field Sales through Teams, Info bulletin and Sales Letter in collaboration with the Commercial Planning team.
- Help improve our retailer approach on different levels of interaction from a Trade Engagement point of view with a

constructive mind-set.
- Analyze past initiatives to compare the results vs. goals and to identify areas of improvement for future initiatives.
- Responsible of the DTE (Digital Trade Engagement Program) calendar for all categories. Also, must develop through the central team all necessary

assets for each campaign.
- DTE market strategy definition & execution
- Responsible of DTE (Digital Trade Engagement Program) execution on POS (point of sale material) (new clients/users, trade offline materials and point redemption).
- Assess trade segmentation data to set priorities in PPOSM/TPOSM allocation and deployment and ensure materials

are procured and distributed effectively. Guarantee the PPOSM maintenance in POS through the PPOSM Merchandisers team.
- Consumer engagement Strategic & tactical negotiation
- Implement trade and consumer activations (Bars, Point of sale, sponsorships, Sponsorships)

Who we’re looking for:

- College/University: Business administration, Marketing & Sales, Public Relations, Industrial engineering
- Proficient in English
- 3 years’ experience working in Trade Marketing & Execution of perfect store, picture of success, retail look in consumer goods
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
