**In this role, your primary responsibilities include**:
- Support the surgical planning and CAD design teams with case related administrative tasks (digital file management, case related admin task, )
- Coordinate with other department members, such as surgical planner and dental designers to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Support the different phases of the case workflows
**Your profile**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with surgical planning and dental design team members
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude

- Mature and grounded individual with high learning agility
