**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Responsabilities:
- The SSAM serves as your Single Point of Contact to the account management and delivery teams for ongoing operational activities
- Provides governance, oversight, and leadership for operational security activities and processes, as required
- Tracks resolution of reported issues and monitor the progress of remediation activities
- Understand current and future state Customer priorities to recognize potential scope expansions
- Measure deviations from established baselines on a monthly basis and initiate, as appropriate, Change or New Service Requests via the Change Order Terms
- Monitor contract compliance
- Produce Operational Reports
- Conducts monthly operational reviews (via webex or on-site) with Customer key stakeholders to review contents of Operational Reports
