Apprentice Account Manager Internship

In a typical day as an Intern, you would:
- Be able to work in one of the biggest IT companies
- Work in an international environment with experienced colleagues
- Be getting insight in different area like product marketing, public relation, campaigns and events, projects and strategy, product management and communications
If you are
- Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values.
- Still studying (Business Administration, Economics, Engineer with emphasis on Information Technology field)
- Communicative, a team player and able to solve problems with analytical thinking
- Experienced in MS Office and initial experienced in project work (university and non-university wise)
- Very good in verbal and written communication
**_ Responsibilities:_**
Intern will provide support for the Account Services Customer Facing roles (Contract Admin, reports, handle tasks coordination and interphase with Business Units areas in cross organization initiatives). Some customer interaction related to ongoing project or services might be needed with minimum supervision.
- Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customers.
**_ Education and Experience Required:_**
- Currently studying Business Administration ideally related to the technical field.
**_ Knowledge and Skills:_**
- Communicate effectively to technical level and first-level management within an organization.
- Active listening skills and ability to adjust messages to audience level.
- Problem-solving skills (proactive, reactive and creative based on clearly defined procedures.
- Good understanding of IT environments.
