International Inventory Analyst

Position Purpose: Works closely with the International team & business partners to ensure that international inventory needs are met and business operations operate efficiently and effectively
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintenance of processes and documents that allow Inventory commitments & orders to be received from International buying teams/Wholesale partners and communicated to corporate inventory management team & vendors- Help facilitate the placement & maintenance of Purchase Orders for product to be fulfilled direct from vendor & LLB Warehouses- Act as a point of contact for issues related to inventory shipments, monitor flow of shipment documents to ensure accurate and timely AP/AR Billing- Generate reporting for business partners- Identify issues and communicate - help provide insight which will drive process improvement- Assume additional responsibilities as needed

English level: Advance oral and written (C1 or above)
Education Level: 4-year Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related
Years of Experience: 3+
Skills and Qualifications:
- Structure: This person will need to organize, keep track and communicate deadlines for multiple seasons, business areas across all product categories-
- Communication: This role will be in constant communication with multiple groups and levels across the organization. Needs to also be comfortable with conflict- Technical Ability: Advanced excel skills, Power Query experience would be advantageous; ability to learn, and become comfortable, with various LLB systems & data sources required.- Collaboration: This person will have to collaborate with people across several areas to be successful.
