About the Role

The CSD Strategy team is seeking a strong Analyst with a broad understanding of Sales Development motions within SaaS. This position will analytically help to shape strategic plans that lead to growth, innovation, and quantifiable business results. In addition to providing analytical support, they will ease administrative and operational workload through process management and insights automation.

El equipo de CSD Strategy busca un analista solido con un amplio conocimiento de los movimientos de desarrollo de negocio dentro de SaaS. Este puesto ayudara analíticamente a dar forma a planes estratégicos que conduzcan al crecimiento, la innovación y los resultados de negocio de manera cuantificable. Además de brindar soporte analítico, aliviara la carga de trabajo administrativa y operativa mediante la gestión de procesos y la automatización de insights.

About You

Basic Qualifications (Sr. Associate Strategy Analyst)
- 2+ years of experience in analytical or operations roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce (SFDC).
- English language fluency (B+ level or higher)

Other Qualifications
- Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Python, etc.)
- Emotionally intelligent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with users at all levels and varying technical ability.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for complex problem-solving.
- Curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- A finely tuned sense of urgency in relation to leadership expectations.
- Ability to handle pressure related to resolution timeframes and conflicting/competing priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and follow-through.
