We are looking for an eager and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our management team here at FusionHit. Applicants must live in and be authorized to work in Costa Rica and speak English at a minimum of B2 level. Additional details are below - we hope to talk to you soon

**Job Overview**:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting, tax, and financial operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, leading budget planning, supporting decision-making processes, and managing both strategic and operational financial tasks. You will report directly to the CEO and Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health and strategy of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Functions**: Lead company-wide budget planning, establish financial policies, and provide support in financial decision-making.

**Operational Duties**: Prepare consolidated financial statements, oversee tax obligations, manage cash flows and accounts receivable, conduct monthly financial analysis, and supervise the accounting-financial area's automation.

**Outsourcing Management (BPO)**: Authorize and supervise financial reports, payroll processing, and supplier payments through outsourcing companies; manage bank relationships and daily accounting documentation.

**Qualifications and Competencies**:
**Education & Experience**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with emphasis on Banking and Finance; 5 years of experience in similar positions.

**Primary Required Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Windows, Office, and accounting software
- Knowledge of the accounting cycle, IFRS, and various commercial, tax, and legal regulations.
- Experience with PowerBI or similar analytics tools
- Attention to Detail, Order and Planning, Leadership and Technical Credibility

**Languages**: English (B2 level).
