**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

Wind River Systems is seeking an experienced Scrum Master responsible for ensuring the Scrum teams live agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices stablished by the Agile framework. This dynamic position will be responsible for facilitating team backlog discussions, decision making, conflict resolution, and collaborating with other Scrum Masters to evolve our Agile culture. This role will also be accountable for assessing the Scrum maturity of the teams and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Guide teams to a culture of focus, improving the organization of their work through sprint planning and reviews throughout a project life cycle
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Form partnerships across departments to streamline work processes
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Owning and curating the Scrum data and reports.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Core Competencies & Demonstrated Success**
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Methodologies with 12+ years as a Scrum Master or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish.
- Strong organization skills. The thought of a clean, well-groomed backlog and supporting metrics is exciting to you.
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
- Ability to work with and lead a scrum team through the sprint and its ceremonies.
- Prefer a First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) or more
- In-depth working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- DevSecOps and software development experience a plus

**Qualifications**

BSEE/BSCS or equivalent experience
