**Descripción**:
Responsable de las ventas de servicios asignados y de desarrollar planes y estrategias para promocionarlos. Evalúa la competitividad de los servicios que ofrece para poder mercadearlos con mayor efectividad. Esta posición también está enfocada en el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de mercado para el servicio.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollar un amplio conocimiento de los servicios asignados, así como de los diferentes modelos de negocio requeridos para cada uno.
- Identificar y trabajar en conjunto con el equipo las oportunidades de venta de servicios.
- Participar en el equipo de trabajo para integrar la solución de servicios y definir apropiadamente el alcance, los controles, los KPI’s, los entregables, riesgos y el costo en un proyecto.
- Entender los requerimientos del cliente, solicitar el apoyo a las diferentes áreas y plantear soluciones de servicios que resuelvan dichas necesidades.
- Desarrollar casos de negocios basados en análisis de oportunidades, segmentación de mercados, evaluación competitiva y/o análisis de situaciones de mercado de los servicios asignados.
- Crear y estimular en el cliente el interés de centrarse en su negocio y entregar la administración de Tecnología de Información a un tercero especializado en estos servicios.
- Coordinar actividades de mercadeo que aseguren una generación de demanda efectiva.
- Controlar el forecast y avance de sus oportunidades ante las Gerencias de Ventas de Servicios
- Asegurar la lealtad de los clientes a través de la oportuna renovación de la base instalada.
- Manejar la relación con los partners que constante y apoyan en los servicios implementación.
- Participar activamente en la generación de ideas que permitan la innovación y mejora continua de la unidad de negocios.
- Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas que se le asignen.

Formación**:Licenciatura Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
