**Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor)**
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and skilled Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for closing sales deals with incoming calls from potential customers. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, making it an excellent opportunity for those who excel in sales and wish to leverage their skills in a dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our products/services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively close sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and overcome objections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Native Speaker
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline to work effectively from home.
- Access to a quiet work environment, a reliable internet connection, and a personal computer.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
**Compensation**:
- This is a commission-only position, offering a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performers.
- As a 1099 independent contractor, you will not be eligible for company benefits.
