People Team - Total Rewards - Compensation

Role/Responsibilities
- Designs, reviews, tests and implements compensation processes within the Company’s HRMS platform, SuccessFactors.
- Oversee relationship with HR Service Delivery (HRIS and HR Connect) to ensure that all systems meet compensation needs and are updated according to compensation program changes.
- Manage compensation data workflow processes
- Create compensation models in order to conduct complex analyses for a broad range of ad hoc compensation projects
- Create and manage compensation dashboards for Compensation Consultants, Finance, People Team and Senior Managers
- Partner with Compensation Consultants to develop recommendations and programs to meet business needs
- Manage the market data platform to manage salary market data and develop reporting capabilities allowing the Compensation team to analyze market conditions and trends
- Document and train the People Team on Moody’s compensation programs and processes
- Manages salary survey vendor relationships globally, negotiates pricing, and researches new platforms and data sources
- Reconciles compensation program expenses with Corporate Planning
- Ensures established processes are followed, and works with the team to enhance, refine, and improve processes and programs
- Manages compensation analysts

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
- 10 years’ work experience in compensation
- Previous experience leading and implementing projects globally
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably interact with people at all levels of the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, together with strong presentation skills
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Good organization skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
- Strong critical thinking, communication and analytical skills
- Advanced expert in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience managing compensation modules within HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors
- Experience within the global financial services sector a plus

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination on start date, as determined by Moody’s.
