Aruba Technical Support Agent

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**In a typical day as an Aruba Technical Suppor Agent you would**:
Responsibility for configuration and software changes:
1-This includes firmware updates to APs and switches

2-Migrating devices to new management systems

3-Pushing templates and other configuration changes to both APs and switches.

4-Takeing ownership of cases or change requests and troubleshoot them.

5-Assist in scope definition, planning, estimation and tracking cases.

**If you are**
- Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values.
- Degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related filed
- ** 1 - 3 years of experience in similar roles**:

- ** Advance fluency in English Speaking and Writing, B2+ or more.**:

- ** Basic understanding of wired and wireless environments**:

- ** A good grasp of troubleshooting guidelines and best practices.****:

- **Be able to navigate through Linux system and execute basic necessary**:

- Desired to have working knowledge of Linux, Python and Bash scripting
- Desired to have working knowledge of Aruba products and/or Aruba certifications
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain a close working relationship with business customers.

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Thursday 9pm to 4 am
