This position will oversee the Americas (NA and LATAM) vendor master maintenance process and will lead the team that supports the resolution of user requests, aligned to SLA resolution times, KPIs, VOC, documentation, and execution of controls. Manage direct interaction with external vendors and internal users, global support teams and global process office as required for requests resolution, consulting, and deployment of improvement initiatives.

- Monitor workload and provide performance feedback
- Responsible of all people management activities related to the team: engagement, hiring, on-boarding, HR practices, 1:1’s, performance assessments, talent development and career planning, manage vacation balances, employee risk assessment, etc.
- Keep a close collaboration with the rest of the management team to be up to date with process and customer related issues/initiatives through internal governance.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand SAP vendor master data objects.
- Define action plans to mitigate possible findings flagged for the controls established.
- Responsible for timely deliverable of requirements in audit processes.
- Responsible for KPI target compliance.
- Active participation and serve as single point of contact for global process improvement implementations.

**_Basic Qualifications:_** We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- University career completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or a related field.
- 5-year previous shared service center experience preferably with experience with vendor master management
- 2+ years of experience as people manager.
- High level in Microsoft Office - knowledge in Excel.
- Advance English Level (B2)
- Ability to understand SAP natural functionality for each master data object.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**_ Preferred Qualifications:_**

However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

- Portuguese will be considered a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification.
