The purpose of this role is coordinate and support the resolution of high complexity user requests for Vendor Master Maintenance, aligned to SLA resolution times, KPIs, VOC, documentation, and execution of controls.

Direct interaction with external vendors and internal users, global support teams and global process office as required for requests resolution, consulting, and deployment of improvement initiatives.


_ Your Responsibilities_:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • This position will have direct interaction with external vendors and internal users, global support teams and global process office as required for requests resolution, consulting, and deployment of improvement initiatives
  • Analyze and understand SAP data objects
  • Review the data P2P Lifecycle Management, Fiori portals, SLM
  • Serve as single point of contact for global process improvement implementations, monitor that requests follow the correct process flow
  • Develop, and execute corrective action plans, propose, and coordinate projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to the standard operating procedures in line with internal controls
  • Monitor that the documentation of the process is up to date (SOP ́s)
  • Participate in audit processes and coordinate the delivery of audit evidence,
  • KPI reporting to management
  • Develop and implement reporting and process monitoring tools
  • Support supervisor and team members as required, request delivery in timely and accurate manner.

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (B2).
  • Degree or University in progress (Business, Finance or related degree, Accountancy, Economics).
  • 3 years of experience in Services Center with focus on continuous improvement and Purchase to Pay.


Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Microsoft Office tool
  • Knowledge in SAP system.
  • Attention to detail and analytical capacity.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Soft skills: Proactiveness, problem solving, continuous improvement, analytical thinking, teamwork, time management, effective communication, process and project coordination, negotiation capacity, excellent Customer Service

_ Preferred Qualifications:
_


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese
  • Experience managing and creating SharePoint teamsites and workflows.
  • Experience dealing with difficult situations.
  • Power BI
  • Experience in Fiori, SLM platforms.
