**BAT COSTA RICA** **IS LOOKING FOR A** **TRILINGUAL - ORDER TO CASH TEAM LEAD (OTC)**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**SALARY RANGE**:Competitive salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

**LOCATION**:Heredia, CR

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**:OTC Finance Associate.

**Geographic Scope**:Brazil region.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Handle multiple customer accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all Global Collection policies and procedures with emphasis to address any local specifics and requirements as needed.
- Achieving individual monthly cash targets
- Proactive Customer relationship building.
- Continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**

Do you have people management experience and a background in finance?

Are you proficient in Portuguese?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**
- 1-2 years of Lead/Supervisor experience (People leadership skills)
- +2 years collections OTC experience (cash operations, credit knowledge can be an asset).

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Advanced Portuguese level.
- Intermediate English level.
- Intermediate Excel level.

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.

**BENEFICIAL**
- Accounts receivable experience.
- Salesforce knowledge desirable.
- BPC system knowledge desirable.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
