**Qué va a hacer**
- Supervisar las operaciones en Jaco, Costa Rica gestionando una cartera específica de propiedades.
- Desarrollar y hacer crecer una relación con los propietarios de las propiedades mediante la comunicación proactiva y convertirse en el experto en la materia de esas propiedades asegurando que estén limpias, mantenidas y bien cuidadas.
- Satisfacer y mantener los estándares y métricas de Vacasa tales como "NPS", apariencia estándar de la unidad y eficiencia.
- Administrar un presupuesto para su cartera. Adherirse a los costes anuales establecidos, con la capacidad de realizar un análisis coste-beneficio.
- Dirigir un equipo eficiente y de alta calidad, asegurándose de que están formados, son eficaces y se adhieren a todas las políticas y procedimientos de Vacasa.
- Apoyar a su equipo con las preocupaciones de los huéspedes y propietarios respondiendo a correos electrónicos, llamadas y tickets.
- Asociarse y ayudar a su Representante de Desarrollo de Negocios cuando nuevas unidades se unen a la cartera.
- Capacidad para realizar tareas ligeras de mantenimiento del hogar (bombillas, arreglar bisagras de puertas, desatascar un lavabo, etc.).
- Establecer y mantener relaciones abiertas y de colaboración con otros miembros del equipo regional y con el equipo directivo.
- Proporcionar cobertura cruzada para su gerente y co-gerentes cuando sea necesario.
- Hacer inspecciones periódicas antes de la llegada de huéspedes y propietarios.

**Requisitos**
- Inglés avanzado.
- Se requiere transporte confiable y una licencia de conducir vá
- Se requieren conocimientos técnicos de informática en todo tipo de hardware: ordenadores portátiles, tabletas y dispositivos móviles.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 6 días con 1 día libre.
- Disponibilidad en fin de semana.
- Atención a los detalles.
- Se valorará la experiência previa en limpieza.
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo con capacidad para cambiar de actividad con frecuencia y hacer frente a las interrupciones.
- Capacidad para estar de pie durante largos periodos de tiempo, agacharse, ponerse en cuclillas, arrodillarse y levantar más de 20 libras.
