Responsible for delivering high quality, timely and efficient response of the Alias Inbox.
- Provide accurate responses based on internal and external customer queries related to Global ELA Reporting.
- Leverage tools such as Quick Base, SharePoint, Public Folder, Admin Portal for queries research.
- Maintain expertise in understanding ELA contracts and its terms and conditions.
- Analyze customer’s install base and deployment reports.
- Identify correct path for resolution for different queries in order to assure customer satisfaction.
- Work as a liaison with internal teams to ensure that proper actions are taken to fulfill every need.
- Assignment of workload every week.

Type of Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in Contracts, License Compliance, Auditing, Accounting or Financial Data Analysis or Sales Operations required.
- Experience working successfully within the software/technology sector and in a global matrix-managed environment.
- Experience performing basic commercial contract analysis preferred.
- Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Continuous improvement attitude and proven competency including a proactive approach to identifying problems and providing and implementing solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex licensing concepts and collaborate professionally with internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Operations and Legal.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency using MS Office, especially MS Excel; MS Outlook and SharePoint Required.
- Search Engines, Web Analytics and Business research tools.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English B2+)
- Self-motivated and ability to multi-task.
- Analytical, critical thinking and logical mindset.
- Quality management.
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
- Lead conversations/Meetings.

Educational Requirements / Technical Certifications
Bachelors or Undergraduate in Business Administration, English, Communications or Accounting preferred (other majors OK with requisite experience.
