**¿Qué buscamos?**
Una persona que nos ayude a brindar soporte en las actividades de Customer Service, quienes son los responsables de facilitar la relación entre la operación y el cliente, así como también de solucionar las incidencias comunicadas por el Cliente externo y/o detectadas en la operación en el procesamiento de los Pedidos.
**Localidad**: Torre Futura, El Salvador
**¿Cuál sería tu huella en Unilever?**
- Desarrollar Indicadores y seguimiento para el cliente más importante de la compañía a nível CAM.
**¿Qué necesitas para aspirar a la vacante?**
- Persona en 5to año, egresada o recién graduada de Ingeniería en cualquier disciplina
- Alto grado de análisis.
- Manejo de Base de Datos (Excel, Access, Power BI).
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva
- Dominio de Ingles avanzado
**¿Qué aprenderías?**
- Involucrarse no sólo con customer service, sino también con las áreas de planeación.
- Tener una mirada completa de la cadena de suministro e identificar que tan importante es cada eslabón.
