**Role Description**

We are looking for a Subject Matter expert of Microsoft Intune who understands project and development plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team of talented professionals with a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm.

**This is a Part-Time, 100% remote contract role, with potential for a full-time role in the future.**

**Responsibilities**
- Onboarding of users
- User Licenses
- Design, implement, and support current and next generation PC architecture globally using Intune.
- Create, edit or delete Azure Active Directory (AAD) user/Device groups
- Create, edit or delete Azure Active Directory Dynamic user/Device groups
- Ability to quickly identify client issues and be able to conduct in-depth diagnostics on Microsoft Intune products and services and respond according to SLAs
- Incident & service management; logging of requests, support calls and escalating where appropriate into the Service Management tool
- Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete policies.

**Qualifications**
- Degree/ Diploma/ Certification in Computer Science or a similar field
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with troubleshooting and configuring device connectivity.
- 2+ years Experience working with client computer hardware and software preferably within a global environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies or Azure Active Directory and Intune management preferred
- Knowledge of Windows-based client operating systems and client administration
- Advanced diagnostic and advanced problem-solving skill
- Have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
