- Oversee Change Approval queues - Review Changes for quality and collision - scorecard defects with an eye towards spotting trends and recommending/implementing process improvements to continually drive for 100% success of Changes.
- Central point of contact for Change Management, including advice on process & procedures and assistance with any inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Maintaining change management process approvals and metrics to established service level objectives.
- Work closely with colleagues in Incident, Problem, Configuration, and Knowledge Management to ensure consistent and effective process improvements.
- Liaison with business divisions and EITS departments on the provision and maintenance of effective processes and procedures
- Running/preparing reports for meetings, audits etc.
- Responsible for running the weekly CAB, Daily Exec meetings, Standard Template Reviews etc.
- Recommend process improvement and solutions to current challenges, complete with full design suggestions.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate user training and ensuring annual process training is completed.
- Testing - perform testing on any bug fixes, new enhancements and upgrades.
- Audit - gather Audit evidence on changes requested by Audit teams.
- Group audits and group specific training to drive improvements, survey user community for needs and address
- Using the Change KPI’s Capture baselines, set targets to drive process improvements and maturity
- Ability to review ServiceNow releases and determine the new functionality that could benefit Experian and drive to get them in place.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Practical experience and/or understanding of ITIL 'Best Practice' or Service Management specifically Change Management.
- ITIL Foundation level 3 required
- ITIL 4 Preferred
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, or comparable tool used for Service Management.
- Broad technical and/or operational knowledge of Experian infrastructure a plus.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in Change Management
- Professional certification ITIL Foundation V3
- ITIL 4 preferred
- Strong understanding and experience working with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM system.
- Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective relationships at multiple levels and across the organization while driving high quality results consistently and under tight deadline
