This position is to support the overall Lead to Cash Program Portfolio of projects. This portfolio is in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities of shifting from product license-based, perpetual business to a SaaS and Subscription-based model. The change management specialist will join the Change Lifecycle team (aka change management), responsible for the creation and execution of people-oriented change management strategies which comprise of persona-based communications, training, adoption, and support plans, to ensure our colleagues are prepared and properly enabled for the upcoming transformational changes.
**Requisitos**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant experience. 4+ years of experience in IT/digital transformation, organizational change management, content development. Previous experince in Project Management. Advanced English level. Familiarity with SAFE Agile, sprint planning, Product Management, QA & UAT testing cycles.
