- SGF Global is a global leader with over 30 years’ experience providing recruitment solutions. We are hiring a Change Management Spacialist to work with an IT company._

This position is to support the overall Lead to Cash Program Portfolio of projects. **This role is not remote.**

**Overall Description**:
This portfolio is in alignment with Our Company's strategic priorities of shifting from product license-based, perpetual business to a SaaS and Subscription-based model. The change management specialist will join the Change Lifecycle team (aka change management), responsible for the creation and execution of people-oriented change management strategies which comprise of persona-based communications, training, adoption, and support plans, to ensure our colleagues are prepared and properly enabled for the upcoming transformational changes.

**The hiring manager is looking for someone**:

- With experience in Project Management
- Self-starter, can begin working at his/her own initiative based on project meetings (and where applicable, guidance from Change Management Senior lead)
- Familiar with multicultural IT environment, tech companies and digital transformation in general
- Having familiarity with organizational and people-oriented change management (know what it is)
- Having familiarity with content development (comfortable with translating data into consumable content)
- Having familiarity with SAFE Agile, sprint planning, Product Management, QA & UAT testing cycles
- Having familiarity with Lead to Cash cycle, business operations (to a certain extent)
- This person needs to be comfortable reaching out to people throughout the company without necessarily meeting them before
- Is colleague and customer oriented - while we are helping internal colleagues navigate through changes within the company, colleague impact and experience must always be our priority. Customer centricity is also crucial as the outcome of the work we do will have a direct impact in customer and seller experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and verbal skills - advanced English skills

1) The main skill is being proactive and self-starter, a “can-do” attitude is a must in our team since we are in fast paced, changing environment. Ability to operate without guidance
2) Able to handle multiple deliverables at the same time, able to create & execute change management strategies (communication, training, and adoption)
3) Can collaborate with different teams in and outside project team, this person will partner up with technical leads, project managers and key stakeholders (even at a leadership & executive level) as well as open to innovate and experiment (within and outside the team).

Pay: ₡1,300,000.00 - ₡1,600,000.00 per month
