El US&PR Assistant Finance Controller, será responsable de dirigir el proceso de presentación de informes de gestión de planificación y previsión para Estados Unidos y Puerto Rica y de asistir al controlador financiero en el análisis financiero de MEC.

Principales responsabilidades:
Este rol te brinda la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave para avanzar en tu carrera, las principales de estas son:

- Brindar un conjunto de actividades financieras durante el ciclo mensual para garantizar la contabilización precisa y oportuna de las transacciones financieras. Las actividades incluyen (pero no se limitan a) investigación y análisis de entradas, preparación y revisión de diarios, etc.
- Preparar y analizar informes financieros periódicos, incluidos horarios y resúmenes para revisar los resultados comerciales con socios comerciales internos y externos.
- Garantizar que las prácticas contables sigan los procesos y procedimientos de Haleon de acuerdo con los principios contables.
- Revisar la documentación para ciertos procesos de control de fin de mes, asegurando el cumplimiento total de los requisitos de Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), así como el Marco de Control Interno (ICFW). Apoyar en la corrección de controles cuando sea necesario.
- Preparar entregables de auditoría según sea necesario.
- Mejora continua que impulsa la eficiencia en los procesos de Close and Control (C&C) y de elaboración de informes, junto con la mejora de la productividad del centro a través de métricas de gestión del rendimiento y elaboración de informes.

¿Por qué TÚ?

Tus calificaciones:

- Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas o carreras similares.
- 5+ años de experiência en elaboración de informes contables sobre la cadena de suministro, finanzas y/o planificación.
- Conocimientos de SAP o algún otro sistema de planificación de recursos empresariales (ERP).
- Power BI deseable
- Excel avanzado
- Dominio de Inglés nível avanzado.
- Conocimiento en paquetes MS Office
