What this job involves
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Financial Auditor to join our team:

Location:
Heredia, Costa Rica.

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Work model:
Hybrid.

Contract Type:
Indefinite-term

What is your day to day?
Control and monitor information for companies supported
Support Contact for other Finance teams
Balance Sheet Review
Control checklist's monthly delivery
Review and conciliation of accounts between the Internal System and Corporate accounts
Development of internal control proceduresUse of best practices and knowledge of internal or external audits to improve business controls
Application of internal control procedures to the Finance Team or Corporate Team
Coordinate with Finance Director, Corporate Manager, and team to assign the steps of development.

Collaboration in the process of monthly closingsActs as a resource to support colleagues with less experience
Help prepare monthly reports

Collaboration with different areas to improve control processesActs a resource for colleagues and leads projects.
Review internal processes
Consolidation of Standard Manuals

Attend Internal Audits
Approve bank account changes on internal systems

Desired experience and technical skills

Required
Required experience of 3 years in similar positions
Advanced English
University degree in Finance/Accounting is recommended
MS Office
Data Base Management
