El North America QSC Assistant Finance Controller, será responsable de dirigir el proceso de presentación de informes de gestión de planificación y previsión para NA QSC y de asistir al controlador financiero principal de NA en el análisis financiero de MEC.


Principales responsabilidades:
Gestión de centros de costes generales

  • Revisar mensualmente la exactitud de los datos reales de los centros de costes generales y, en su caso, realizar las anotaciones oportunas.
  • Gestionar las actividades de Previsión y Presupuesto
  • Supuestos, alineación con las partes interesadas, etc.
  • Gestionar todo el mantenimiento del sistema relacionado con la presupuestación y previsión (Siera & BI uploads)
  • Elaborar informes y comentarios mensuales
Actividades de consolidación, coordinación y previsión de QSC

  • Coordinar el ciclo financiero mensual y anual.
  • Consolidar las actividades mensuales de previsión, elaboración de informes y comentarios.
  • Dirigir las revisiones consolidadas de previsiones y presupuestos
  • Preparación del MPR Deck del sitio (plantillas AO)
  • Preparación del MPR Deck regional
  • Gestionar los requisitos mensuales del sistema relacionados con las actividades de previsión y presupuestación
  • Coordinación del presupuesto anual (calendario, reuniones)
  • Consolidación, revisión y preparación del presupuesto anual.
  • Comunicación entre mercados en relación con las asignaciones, previsiones de OE, iniciativas centrales, etc.
  • Coordinación y análisis de los costes estándar.
  • Gestión de CapEx
  • Actividades de cumplimiento
  • Mejora continua que impulsa la eficiencia en los procesos de P&F y de elaboración de informes, junto con la mejora de la productividad del centro a través de métricas de gestión del rendimiento y elaboración de informes.

¿Por qué TÚ?

Tus calificaciones:

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas o carreras similares.
  • 5+ años de experiência en elaboración de informes contables sobre la cadena de suministro, finanzas y P&F.
  • Conocimientos de SAP y experiência en ERP
  • Power BI y Excel avanzado
  • Dominio de Inglés nível avanzado.
  • Conocimiento en paquetes MS Office
