The purpose of this role is to manage the North American banking platforms, creating users, removing them, modifying their profiles, among other activities.

This role include relationship with all banks in the region.

_ Your Responsibilities:
_
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Primary point-of-contact in North America to the Treasury/Cash Management interface stakeholders. This includes, Banks, GSK business units, GSK Corporate departments, and the Cash Management involved parties.
  • Collect, review and prepare documentation for Biannual Banking control processes to ensure full compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Be accountable to drive banking maintenance tasks such: effective management of open issues, opening/closing bank accounts, addition of new services to existing bank accounts, addition/removal of bank accounts signers and administrators.
  • Management of escalations and implementation of preventative measures are in place to avoid reoccurrence.
  • Be accountable for day to day America ́s Finance Hub delivery of operations, designing, embedding and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs), ensuring customer issues are identified and promptly resolved and proactively identifying any issues or risks to the service.
  • Maintain a productive and healthy with external stakeholders (Banks, agencies, etc) to ensure all GSK requirements are handled within the expected timings and quality standards.

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • University studies in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • 23 years of experience in banking process.


 English Level B2+/C
  • Intermediate Excel.
  • Experience in Shared Service Centers

_ Preferred Qualifications:
_
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • Experience in insurance process.
  • Banking relationship.
  • Power BI.
