The Banking Analyst Intern will have the opportunity, in a 6-month length internship, to be part of key activities to advance your career, in the following main functions:

- Prepare renewals of the corporate insurance policies, managing the prework and coordination with other areas that it represents.
- Be accountable to drive the closure of open issues and escalations ensuring preventative measures are in place to prevent re-occurrence.
- This role is a key player in assuring adherence to Compliance: Provide a single point for Audit requests and then those would be segregated to specific area where resolution would be provided and prepare audit deliverables as required.
- Provide set of financial activities during the monthly cycle to ensure accurate and timely postings of financial transactions to deliver a timely period end close.
- Review the documentation for all month-end control process, ensuring full compliance with SOX requirements.
- Maintain close contact with banks to resolve access issues.
- Be accountable for day-to-day delivery of operations.
- Prepare audit deliverables as required.
- Propose and lead any improvement initiative.
- Contribute to standardization and identify improvements in the process

¿Why you?

Your qualifications:

- Active university student in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration or similar careers.
- Intermediate level English proficiency.
- Knowledge in computer packages: MS Office / Excel and Outlook (intermediate)
- Preferred knowledge in SAP system.
- Good organizational skills, ability to manage workload to ensure all key deadlines are met.
- Customer service focused and very good communication skills.
- Problem solving and a growth mindset.
- Effective Team player.
- Ability to develop new skills and opportunities through lateral, geographical, or functional moves.
