**Job Description**:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Accountable for a team of up to 12 people
- Responsible training and performance management within their respective team
- Handles or coordinates non-routine or complex requests or issues
- Handles 1st level escalations
- Identifies opportunities for STP process, and/or improvements
- Responsible for ensuring team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
- Develop expertise on STP
- Ensure measures are within Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets
- Responsible for ensuring the team completes all training and compliance requirements in a timely manner
- Assist in service expansion or transition activities into the team
- Ensures operational processes are followed
- Establishes regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure service is being delivered to their expectations

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Fluent English is a must
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or IT.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Emerging proficiency in team leadership, coaching and development skills
- Demonstrated proficiency coordinating tasks
- Demonstrated detailed orientation and working with operational processes
- Collaborative Team player
- Analytical
- Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills.

- JD Edwards
- People Soft
- Open to flexible schedules
- Follow 3M Policies
- *SAP preferred by not mandatory
