Purpose: Responsible for managing processes/tasks related to the Sourcing Department. Works with counterparts inside and outside the company to resolve different situations to get the required information to update L.L. Bean Systems. Implements process improvement efforts in the team.

Responsible for managing processes/tasks related to the Sourcing Department. Works with counterparts inside and outside the company to resolve different situations to get the required information to update L.L. Bean Systems. Implements process improvement efforts in the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develops, owns and maintains key processes.- Works with counterparts inside and outside the company to resolve different situations and maintain accurate information in the company systems.- Resolves problems for processes under her/his ownership.- Collaborates in process improvement projects.- Follows customer service guidelines and keeps customer relationships.- Collaborates with the Department’s strategy implementation.- Owns performance and results for areas under her/his responsibility.- Makes sure documentation is available for processes under her/his ownership.

English Level: C1
Education level: Active student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Skills and Qualifications- Process oriented, and successful in driving results with aggressive deadlines- Organized, follow up skills- Accurate and detail oriented- Excellent communication skills- Ability to develop and present process improvement suggestions- Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced changing environment- Basic comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain concepts- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential (multi-condition formulas, pivot tables, etc.)- Nice to have: experience with Microsoft O365 Suite preferred (OneNote, MS Sites, etc.)
