We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our JLL Sourcing & Procurement team in en Latinoamerica:
**Zona de trabajo**: Aurora, Heredia, CR

**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 8am a 5pm

**Tipo de contrato**: Tiempo indefinido.
**Job Position**:
Responsabilities
Perform activities related to Mobilization Projects within the region, contracting and sourcing process as directed by Strategic Sourcing Manager.
Track vendors, contracts and baseline information working in conjunction with other teams located at multiple sites.
Analyze collected information to provide KPI reports related to vendors, contracts, baseline, contracting process, etc.
Lead vendor and client meetings related to the Mobilization Project at hand, supporting Sourcing Mobilizations team and providing insights to complete all tasks on time and according to standards.
Assist sourcing team during Request For Proposal (RFP) by researching information on vendors, current contracts, pricing, baseline spending and other relevant information.
Coordinate the preparation of RFP package, release to vendors, collection and summarization of proposal data.
Request and Compile contract package in accordance with contract checklist and ensure all items are in order.
Follow all company and Client´s SOP´s for compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on Mobilization Projects Status, Contracts, Spend, Savings, etc.
Prioritize projects, tasks and activities, assign deliverables and solve any problems with the Mobilization Teams, Operations Teams, or others as directed by Sourcing Mobilizations Maanager.
Provide Support to specific projects or tasks outside Mobilizations to ensure client satisfaction and Sourcing team delivery.
Spend Analysis, Sourcing & Procurement tasks, Mobilization Project Leadership, Teamwork, vendor negotiations,
Ensure compliance of contracts as per Procurement, Financial and Risk corporate policies.
Ensure accuracy and quality of all collected data, reports, and deliverables.
Comply with our Ethics Policies at all times.
Support our Diversity Programs according to compnay and client´s policies, being a Diversity Advocate with our vendors if needed.
**Professional Skills Required**:
+ 3-5 years in sourcing & procurement experience.
+ 2 years experience in projects.
Subcontracting services Experience.
Thrives in a Dynamic Work Environment with diffeent projects and activities.
Autonomy, Proactivity and Analytical skills are a must.
Focus on details.
Ability to work with different teams, inside and outside the company.
Technology Platforms User Experience (E1, Ariba, Jaegger)
Proficient in English both written and spoken (Advanced).
Office and Excel especially are needed (medium/advanced).
Power Bi is a plus.
