**Responsabilities**: Lead both SMT and FSS (Fountain Selective Solder) Production resources at Lutron’s new manufacturing facility. Drive the installation and validation of new equipment. Institutionalize SMT and FSS processes within the facility. Find root causes to quality issues and drive their resolutions. Own the facility metrics of Efficiency, CPH, Utilization, OEE, Uptime, DPMO, AOIFC, PPM, and Execution Effected due to SMT and FSS.

**Requisitos**:
**Academic Degree(s) Req**: Bachelor in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. Experience Required: Total 5 to 12 years of experience Specialized Skill(s) Req Knowledge of the entire SMT process. This includes Paste Printing, Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Placement, Part Verification Systems, Reflow, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI). Understand SMT production processes at a level to recognize and fix small issues before they become big ones. Knowledge of wave soldering or selective soldering processes. Knowledge of Statistical and Lean Production tools is required to execute scientifically driven continuous improvement within the area. Great English communication skills. Demonstrated positive Customer Service demeanor and a “Can-Do” attitude. Self-starter that can achieve results with mínimal supervision, true sense of urgency.
