**About the role**:
Under supervision direction, assist in the daily management for manufacturing of products to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety).

**You're Responsibilities include**:
May execute the following responsibilities:

- Works cooperatively with Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Equipment Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure project success.
- Identifies and implements improvements (i.e., yields, processes, and productivity).
- Undertakes and successfully completes simple or basic product support tasks to include any of the following: verify specifications, maintain product/process documentation, test processes, equipment, raw materials and/or product.
- Assist to create concepts and designs for new processes or test methods.
- Designs, procures, and fabricates basic equipment tooling and fixtures.
- Designs and coordinates rudimentary engineering tests and experiments.
- Summarizes, analyzes, and provides recommendations from test results.
- Performs troubleshooting on existing products/process problems as related to design, material, or processes.
- Prepares standard reports/documentation to communicate results to the technical community.
- Assists in identification and implementation of production goals.
- Trains operators/technicians on new processes and/or test procedures.

**What we're looking for**
- Academic background: Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electric, Electronic, Industrial or equivalent)
- Active student certification.
- At least 80% of the career completed (Bachelor´s or Licentiate degree).
- English level: 70% or above.
- Availability of 38 - 40 hours per week in site in Cartago
