Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and execution, ensuring the highest standards of Asian fusion cuisine.
- Manage and lead a team of individuals working in the kitchen, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee cold and hot kitchen activities, maintaining excellent food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations during dinner services, with the potential for lunch services in the future.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the restaurant by bringing creativity and innovation to the menu.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into the restaurant's offerings.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain a smooth workflow.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine or in a similar leadership role.
- **Expertise in sushi and wok cuisine is a must **.
- ** **Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.**:
- Ability to manage both cold and hot kitchen operations.
- Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and execution.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a culinary team.
- Previous experience in Asian fusion cuisine is highly desirable.
- Available to work during dinner services; potential for lunch services in the future.
- Kitchen and restaurant renovation experience is a plus.
